SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING WORLWIDE ON PURCHASES OVER $200

 All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Cinderella Bella. We may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If we request payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Cinderella Bella, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase. Cinderella Bella or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. For orders over $200, there is no postage charge. We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post and internationally using EMS.

 For orders under $200, we use a flat domestic rate of $12.90 per shoe box and an international rate of $25 using EMS with any customs duty and/or Value Added Tax payable by the recipient. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at 1-5 business days. Where the goods are not available we will notify you of this as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.
