About 2 weeks ago I bought my wedding shoes off you started our shopping experience with a great big smiley greeting , you introduced yourself before proceeding to ask me every minor detail about the wedding the dress the lot. Letting me try on every pair of shoe in your shop, you were not pushy you allowed me to really choose what I wanted as well as providing as much information about the shoe as you could. As the owner of my own shoe shop I was taken aback by how lovely and patient you were , these days you just do not get that sort of customer service anymore especially from someone of your age . I was going to walk away with nothing but a smile and a pair of shoes but when I thought about how great my wedding shoes were and how Beautiful you were to my mother and myself I just had to right in, your shoes are wonderful and you to are just a joy to be around.
